SFXD x Starbucks Johor Bahru joined together to make a charity event for the orphans of Sekolah Amal Baitul Maghrifah, Bandar Baru Uda. We held a demo about fixed gear, teach them basic knowledge about bikes and also we helped clean up the school as we call it here in Malaysia as ‘gotong-royong’.

These kids are lucky but not as lucky as we who have parents of ourselves. Certainly they will grow up to become special persons. Insha’allah.

Johor Bahru <> Desaru = 155km

On Saturday 25th February 2012, 4 riders went on a crash ride to Desaru from Johor Bahru, through Permas Jaya, Pasir Gudang, and into the new highway from Cahaya Baru to exit Bandar Penawar reaching the beach resort. The ride started from 7:30am and arrived on 11am. We had a rest until 3pm and went back to JB and finished at 6pm. No swimming though as we’re all conserving our energy for the ride home. It was a fun tremendous scorching hot long ride.
